Our history

Awardit was founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1999 and has since developed into one of the leading providers of loyalty and gift card programmes in Europe. Today, around 300 employees in 8 branches and additional sales offices in a total of 10 European countries realise high-performance projects on an international level.

As the Scandinavian market leader in loyalty and incentive solutions, Awardit is consistently driving forward its international expansion - with a clear focus on innovation, quality and sustainable customer loyalty.

Growth in the DACH region

An important milestone in this growth strategy is the expansion of the company's presence in the DACH region. The merger of Prämie Direkt (2021), Connex (2023) and IPO Solutions (2024) created the basis for a strong, joint future.

The next logical step was finally taken in 2026: the complete merger under the Awardit brand. Established specialists became a common identity.

Today, we combine international infrastructure with local market expertise, many years of experience with innovative technologies and strategic consulting with operational excellence. As a result, our customers benefit from a comprehensive service portfolio, clear structures and a strong European group in the background - with personalised local support at the same time.
